JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 Heard Sri Hans Lal Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 20-09-2017 in Case No. C-2/519/17 registered for offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to statement made in paragraph - 3 of the petition to show that petitioner is having clean antecedent. It was further argued that on false accusation of recovery of about 18 liter of Nepali country-made liquor, the petitioner was arrested and he is languishing in jail.

Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent as
