2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S.Case No. 123 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 310(2) of BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing loot in auto rickshaw. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2025 having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts that the petitioner is alleged to have involved in looting the auto rickshaw, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
