This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Mirganj Case No.95 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.

Unknown criminals have snatched the chain from the informant after assaulting him with knife. The petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as well as other criminals cases and there is no material against the petitioner to connect with the crime. He further submits that no T.I. parade has been held in this case.

The petitioner has given a self-inculpatory statement confessing his crime. He is accused in five more similar and serious criminal cases.

Considering the gravity of the offence as well as the antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
