JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 11-08-2015 The dispute raised by the petitioners is not required to be entered into or adjudicated upon by the Writ Court. These are the disputes which can be looked into at the local level by the local authority saddled with the responsibility of implementing and enforcing the scheme of the Central Government. It is rather unfortunate that a writ application filed in the year 2012 has not been responded to by the respondent authorities till date. Therefore, the Court is left with no option but to direct the petitioners to approach The District Magistrate-cumProject Director, National Child Labour Project, Madhepura and raise their grievances, who shall examine and take appropriate decision within a reasonable time, preferably within six months.
