The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 354B,356,323,341 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that on 23.1.2016 the informant was coming from the place of work when the petitioner snatched her chain and tried to take her on motorcycle. At earlier point of time the petitioner and informant were residing in the same area when the petitioner used to tease her. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on petty dispute the accusation has been levelled.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20124 of 2016 (2) dt.06-05-2016 2/2 Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2016 pending in the court of learned CJM, Bhagalpur. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
