This application is for restoration of S.A. No.60 of 1986, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 03.10.2017, as no one had appeared on behalf of the appellants. The reason for non-appearance is substantially explained.

Hence in the ends of justice, the dismissal is hereby set aside on payment of cost of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the respondents within thirty days.
