2. Supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University in which it has been stated that the balance amount of interest on G.I.C. shall be paid to the petitioner within one week. The same stand is with regard to the remaining amount of Provident Fund and DDA.
3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the University authorities to ensure that the
