2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 149 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 80, 61(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing his wife due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the only daughter of the deceased is staying with the family of the petitioner. He further submits that the deceased had committed suicide by consuming poison. The petitioner is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63323 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 custody since 17.05.2025. He also submits that from perusal of the post-mortem report it appears that it is a case of poisoning and there is no injury on the dead body of the deceased.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Bikramganj, Rohtas/concerned Court below in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 149 of 2025.
