JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-09-2016 Writ application is dismissed keeping in mind that after almost twenty years, petitioner has approached the High Court looking for declaration of her results which by itself makes such relief suspicious. In addition to that the respondent University has filed a counter affidavit wherein they have indicated the status and position of the petitioner's performance in paragraph-4 to 6. If this be so, this is a fishy kind of writ application which has been filed by the petitioner for a relief which this Court is not obliged to grant. Writ is dismissed.
