JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 The grievance of the petitioner in the present case is that a wrong OMR answer sheet was given to the petitioner during the course of the examination held on 13.07.2017 and thereafter, the correct answer sheet of OMR was given, hence, it resulted in use of whitener.

The aforesaid issue is a disputed question of facts and this Court can not go into the same, hence, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondent no. 3 by filing a representation within a period of two weeks from today and in case, any representation is filed on behalf of the petitioner, the respondent no. 3 shall consider the aforesaid issue and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter. The present writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
