The concerned court is warned to be more cautious and vigilant while dealing with the orders of this Court. However, concerned court has mentioned in his report that final order in the matter would be passed on 04.01.2017 and, therefore, it seems that concerned court would have already passed final order in this matter.

Therefore, I do not find any ground for modification of my previous order dated 02.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8043 of 2015. Accordingly, this modification petition stands disposed of. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) SHAHZAD/- U T
