JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Baniapur P. S. Case No. 189 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the girl has been recovered and her age was assessed as 18 years. She has married with the petitioner with her own sweet will and she fled away to marry with the petitioner. Further submission is that girl has been examined by the Medical Board and her aged was assessed as 19 years.

Having heard both sides, considering the above
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59425 of 2019(2) dt.19-09-2019 2/2 submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Baniapur P.
