This petition has been filed for depositing 20% of the total amount of Rs. 1, 38, 31,085/-.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 16.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30053 of 2015 on the condition that the petitioner shall deposit 20% of the entire amount within six months.

It is submitted that petitioner has already deposited Rs. 22 lacs but unfortunately his wife fell seriously ill and, therefore, he is not in a position to deposit the remaining amount, which is less than Rs. 4 lacs, within the stipulated time. It is submitted that one month time be granted so that the petitioner may deposit the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53535 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 aforesaid amount.

Considering the fact that wife of the petitioner fell seriously ill, the period for depositing the remaining amount is extended for further one month from due date. This application is disposed of.
