The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 304-B, 149, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The offence alleged is commission of death for dowry. The petitioner is father-in-law of the victim lady and the husband is already in jail custody.

Submission is that the petitioner is separate from the victim as well as her husband and has been falsely implicated in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, specially the fact that there is no evidence of tampering with the evidence etc., the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53228 of 2016 (2) dt.08-12-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Purnea in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 30 of 2016.
