JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 566 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11 of the Gambling Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have been caught while selling illegal lottery tickets and several illegal lottery tickets were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has a clean antecedent as well as he has been rotting in custody since 9.8.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53161 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 566 of 2017.
