JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pupri P.S.Case No. 122 of 2017 registered under Section 394 of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that a bank robbery was committed by a gang of criminals and Rs. 3,34,000/- approximately was looted. Submission is that FIR is against unknown persons and there is no material against the petitioner except recovery of money which is his personal money.
Learned counsel for the State submits that a mobile of one of the miscreants was recovered from the place of occurrence and on that basis another mobile was found from Niraj Chaudhary, who disclosed that looted money is with the petitioner thereafter recovery is made and from the C.C.T.V. footage, petitioner was

Having considered the nature of offence and the material collected, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present.
Charge sheet has been submitted so the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a year.
