Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 16 of 2014 for an offence under sections 147, 149, 341, 447, 504, 324, 307, 380, 427 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail by this court vide order dated 3.11.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 51797 of 2017 on the ground of parity, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53719 of 2017 (2) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-1st, Madhepura, in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 16 of 2014, G.R. No. 166 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
