JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(I). To direct the concerned Respondents to construct the road (Aamrasta) at Rajbhanpura of Ward No. 1, Village+P.O.- Saraiya, P.S. Dariapur, District- Saran (Chapra) under the scheme Mukhyamantri Saat Nishay Yojna forthwith.

(II). To direct the concerned Respondents to remove the encroachment of Govt. land encroached by Respondent no. 7 forthwith in Khata no. 1674, Area 7 dhur at Rajbhanpura of Ward No. 1, Village +P.O.- Saraiya, P.S. Dariapur,

(III). To direct the concerned Respondents to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner forthwith.

(IV). To restrain the Private Respondents disturbing the petitioner and his family."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent-Circle Officer, Dariapur, District-Saran at Chapra, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
