JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 18-01-2017 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 07.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52777 of 2016 to the extent that only the payment of maintenance amount was kept in abeyance in view of the interim order passed in the connected proceedings whereas vide order dated 22.07.2016 the petitioner was supposed to make payment of maintenance amount as well as litigation cost.

The order dated 07.12.2016 is modified to the extent that the payment of maintenance amount as well as litigation cost will kept in abeyance. The period of surrender is further extended by three weeks from today in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 94 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.417 of 2017 (2) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
