The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Baruraj P.S. Case No. 66/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The brother of the deceased alleged that his sister was married on 15.06.2009 but her in-laws began to demand Rs. 1,50,000/- for establishing a mobile phone shop. On 13.06.2016, the informant came to know that his sister was strangulated to death and her dead body was disposed of.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and married sister-in-

The marriage was solemnized about seven years ago and during that period neither the informant nor the sister of the informant made any complain of ill-treatment at the hands of the petitioners due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The petitioners have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband Ajay Thakur. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and married sister-inlaw of the deceased, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 66/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
