2. The challenge in the present Letters Patent Appeal is

Patna High Court LPA No.1231 of 2015 dt.25-10-2016 2/2 to an order passed by the learned Single Bench of this Court on 6th of May, 2015 in C.W.J.C. No.21945 of 2014 and other analogous cases whereby, challenge to publication of result by Bihar School Examination Board of Bihar Primary Urdu & Bangla (Special) Teachers Eligibility Test was dismissed.

3. The Letters Patent Appeal No.1286 of 2015 (Md. Ibnul Haque & Ors. Vs. Abdul Majid & Ors.) arising out of C.W.J.C. No.2650 of 2015 and Letters Patent Appeal No.1276 of 2015 (Shahbaj Hashimi Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) arising out of C.W.J.C. No.4805 of 2015, decided along with C.W.J.C. No. 21945 of 2014, out of which the present appeal arises, were dismissed on 31st of August, 2015.

4. In view of the judgment of this Court in Letters Patent Appeal No.1286 of 2015 and analogous appeals, the present Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed.
