2. Registry is directed to make the necessary amendment in Annexure P/1 of the present writ petition.

3. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.

4. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is only seeking disposal of his application dated 16.07.2025 for issuance of arms license which is pending before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14307 of 2025(2) dt.08-12-2025 2/2 Respondent No. 2, i.e., the District Magistrate-cum-District Arms Magistrate, Nawada. The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2, i.e., the District Magistratecum-District Arms Magistrate, Nawada to consider the application dated 16.07.2025 (Annexure P/1) made by the petitioner for issuance of arms license of NP Bore rifle and NP Bore pistol strictly in accordance with law and as per the provisions of Arms Act. The authority shall endeavor to dispose of the said application as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
