2. This order be read in continuation of the order no. 4 dated 15.02.2024 when the matter was last taken up.

3. The averments made in the show cause/ supplementary show cause were brought on record to show the satisfaction of the Court that the order stands complied and the payments made. However, learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.790 of 2018(5) dt.27-03-2024 2/3 submits that still complete compliance has not been made as the interest part has not been rightly calculated and/or paid.

4. Accordingly, the direction was given to both the petitioner and the opposite parties to file their respective petition.

5. The petitioner, as usual failed to file any petition whereas the University has come forward with supplementary show cause. Paragraphs 5 to 8 of the second supplementary show cause of the Bhagalpur University are incorporated herein-below: "(5) That with regard to compliance of respective orders, it is most humbly submitted that in course of examination of record, it came to notice that an amount of Rs. 58,111/- (Rupees Fifty Eight thousand and one hundred eleven) came out as an admissible dues towards earned leave. After calculating the interest thereupon total amount of Rs. 62,348/- was payable to the petitioner, which has been paid vide cheque No. 00317 dated 14.8.2018.

(6) That it is most humbly submitted that entire grievances of the petitioner has already been settled by the answering opposite parties nos. 4, 5 and 6 of

(7) That most humbly submitted that for rederessal of grievance and compliance of the direction of Hon'ble Court dated 15.2.2024 competent officer of the university, again scrutinized the matter and found out that amount accrued under interest over delayed payment under different heads has been already paid to the petitioner.

(8) That detailed calculation chart has been prepared by the competent authority of University on 11.3.2024 duly signed by the answering opposite parties."

6. This Court is fully satisfied that the order stands complied.

7. The petitioner, if have any other grievance relating to interest, he can very well approach the authorities and/or file petition according to his choice. No contempt is made out.
