Having regard to the fact that the husband of the petitioner is ready for transfer of the case from Madhubani to Patna, which is convenient for all concerned, the present application is allowed. Matrimonial Case No. 68 of 2017/ 69 of 2017 pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani is directed to be transferred to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani is directed to transmit the records of Matrimonial Case No. 68 of 2017/ 69 of 2017 to the transferee Court, i.e. Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
