JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant is the wife of the deceased. Whereas petitioner N o.1 is the mother of the deceased and petitioner no.2 is the wife of the brother of the deceased.

I find substance in submission made on behalf of the petitioners that it is highly improbable that mother would be the party to killing of her son.

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioners are ladies

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19422 of 2015 (3) dt.09-07-2015 and their implications is on the basis of mere suspicion, let petitioners above named in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa in Islampur P.S. Case No. 259 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) ArunKumar/- U
