2. The petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2023 in connection with Dandkhora P.S. Case No. 07/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 328/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have killed her own mother-in-law as has been alleged by the informant who is the sister-in-law (Gotni) of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to malicious intention of the informant who happens to be the Gotni of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66826 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 submits that there was dispute with the informant and the deceased might have committed suicide as the post mortem report does not reveal the cause of death. Viscera report has been preserved. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Katihar in connection with Dandkhora P.S. Case No. 07/2023.
