Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pakribarawan P. S. Case no. 38 of 2015 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an old lady and mother-in-law of the victim who died due to burn injury. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the deceased had committed suicide after indulging in some dispute with her husband. The family members tried to save the deceased. During the course of treatment in the Sadar Hospital while she was being taken away by her father to P.M.C.H.,Patna for better treatment, but she breathed her last on the way. Considering the nature of allegation and other facts and circumstances as appear in the case diary, let petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order,

S. Case no. 38 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
