Taking into consideration that petitioner opened fire causing death of deceased Rajesh Poddar and petitioner carries criminal antecedent of nine cases, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Muffasil (Begusarai) P.S.Case No. 52 of 2012/G.R. No.544 of 2012 (Sessions Trial No.117 of 2013), pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-V, Begusarai stands rejected.
