JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2018 The learned Senior counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file an appeal challenging the order dated 15.11.2017 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Gaya. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal under Section 32 of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016 and in case, such an appeal is filed within four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the appeal of the petitioner on merits without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
