2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 467, 420, 409, 447, 427, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 291 of 2017.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation that he issued rent receipt in favour of Nathuni Yadav in place of the complainant's grandfather. It is submitted that in any event no irreparable injury has been caused to the complainant as issuance of rent receipt in favour of a wrong person did not have the effect of transfer of title in his favour. The petitioner is accused in one prior case under similar provisions of the Indian Penal Code.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
5. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59157 of 2019(2) dt.19-09-2019 2/2 the learned Court below the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
