Learned counsel for the opposite parties files a supplementary show cause which discloses that for a period of 186 days of delay in making payment of the principal amount of Rs. 76,379/-, the interest of the said period amounting to Rs. 3,503/- has since been paid by cheque dated 08.07.2017 (Annexure-C/2) which has duly been received by the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the statement made in the supplementary show cause, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court stands complied with and the petition accordingly stands disposed of.
