Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 183 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code to which section 302 IPC was added later on.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63271 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 against all the accused persons. There is case and counter case between the parties. Moreover, in this case police after investigation has submitted final form against these petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 183 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
