This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.346 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(a) of the NDPS Act and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that five grams of heroine and three live cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the quantity of heroine recovered from the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District Judge-cum-Special Court, NDPS Act, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.346 of 2023.
