The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Imamganj P.S. case No. 41/2019 registered under Section 341, 323, 307, 379, 506, 498A of the IPC.
The informant alleged that she had gone to the house of her uncle on 15.02.2019 from her husband's house. On 16.03.2019 her husband, Manish Singh, father-in-law, Ajay Singh, mother-in-law, Punam Devi, sister in-law (Nanad), Guriya Devi and brother-in-law (Nandosi), Tribhuwan Singh, and four unknown persons came and demanded Rs. Two lakhs and one Pulsar motor cycle. They threatened to rob the articles kept in the house of her uncle. It is alleged that her husband tried to strangulate her and her father-in-law assaulted her by catching her hair and they took away different articles from the

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law, sister-in-law and brother-in-law of the informant. The petitioners never visited the house of the uncle of the informant. The entire allegation is false and concocted. The husband of informant gone there to persuade the informant to bring her to his house but the informant lodged this false case.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that petitioners are in-laws of the informant, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. case No. 41/2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
