2. Pursuant to the last order, a supplementary showcause on behalf of the opposite party is on record, according to which, there is a categorical report that the petitioner does not reside on the land in question. Further, he resides away from the place at Rajgir and as such did not receive the notice. He was made a call on his personal mobile No. xxxxx52239 but he chose not to appear.

3. In that background and taking into account that report says that the petitioner does not reside on the land in question, it is high time that the MJC No. 526 of 2018 is
