2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiation of a proceeding under the provisions of Contempt of Court's Act, 1971 against the Opposite Parties No.3 for his wilful and deliberate disobedience shown in compliance of the order dated 29.08.2024 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 15636 of

Patna High Court MJC No.3091 of 2025(4) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 2023 whereby His Lordships was pleased to dispose of the writ application on the following terms:- "Learned Council for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if sympathetic consideration is given to his plea and further submits that he will be preferring representation before the appropriate authority.

Granting said liberty and without commenting on the merit of the case, writ petition stands disposed of. "

3. Learned State counsel submits that on 05.12.2025, an order has been passed by the Divisional Forest Officer, Kaimur Forest Division, Bhabhua by which the seized material has been confiscated allowing the petitioner to challenge the said order.

4. The MJC No. 3091 of 2025 is disposed of.
