Order dated 07.03.2013 passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Baisi (Annexure-3) is impugned in the present writ application. Invoking the provisions under the Right to Public Services, Act, 2011, the petitioner having been found deficient was imposed penalty.

It appears from the pleadings that the petitioner has already invoked the statutory remedy by filing Appeal No. 2 of 2013 which is pending consideration.

The writ application is dismissed.
