JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 This is second attempt on behalf of the petitioner to seek anticipatory bail in connection with Khodaganj P.S. Case No. 24 of 2014.

What is being submitted on behalf of the petitioner is in effect seeking review of the earlier order, dated 10.09.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36906 of 2015, whereby the petitioner's application for anticipatory bail was rejected.

This application has no merit and is,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34487 of 2016 (2) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 accordingly, dismissed.

It is, however, made clear that in the event if the petitioner, above named, appear before the learned court below, in connection with Khodaganj P.S. Case No. 24 of 2014, within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, his application shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by present order.
