2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 374 of 2023, punishable for the offences registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons have killed the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. No specific

The allegation levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner is separate in mess and business from the husband of the deceased. It is further submitted that husband of the deceased has surrendered before the Court below on 06.01.2025 and since then he is in judicial custody. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 374 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Rudra Prakash Mishra, J) Rajorshi/- U T
