Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Katihar (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 201 of 2022 registered for the offences under sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and is falsely implicated in the present case due to local politics and ulterior motive.

Further submission is that there is specific allegation against co-accused Sudarshan Sah. He also submits that the petitioner is a widow having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the
