Case No. 03 of 2016, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-cum-Sub JudgeXII, Muzaffarpur, with a direction to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order.

In pursuance to the said direction, a request has been made by the court below vide Letter No. 632 dated 31.07.2018, seeking further extension of one months' time for concluding the trial.

Accordingly, the court below is granted further one months' time for concluding the trial.
