2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 363(A) and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped a minor girl aged about 10 years and the girl has also supported the factum of kidnapping.

5. In view of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
