The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 337 of 2022 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is alleged that T.E.T. Certificate of the petitioner has been verified and the same has been found forged. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons with same and similar allegations have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court vide orders
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64210 of 2022(3) dt.19-01-2023 2/2 dated 02.02.2018, 25.09.2018 and 25.08.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 6039 of 2018, 50728 of 2018 and 20276 of 2020 respectively (Annexure-2 series).
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 337 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. utkarsh/- (Arvind Srivastava, J) U T
