1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 103 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 363, 366A, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive and local politics. Further submission is that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has clearly stated that she was in love with the petitioner for last 2 to 3 years. She deserted her house with her own sweet will and went

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 103 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
