The petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2019 in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 394, 397, 307, 326 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 27, 28 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as present petitioner is concerned, there is no recovery from his possession. It is further submitted that co-accused, namely, Bipin Kumar has already been granted bail vide order dated 25.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45316 of 2019.
