Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 406 of the Penal Code, Section 138 of the N.I. Act as cheque of Rs. 6 lacs issued by him in favour of the complainant has bounced. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that after rejection of his prayer of bail in the event of arrest under order dated 08.05.2015 the parties have settled their dispute outside the court, which fact would appear from the agreement dated 25.05.2015, Annexure-2.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40429 of 2015 (2) dt.12-10-2015 2/2 a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below and if the court below is satisfied that the matter has been settled outside the court petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Rs. Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Class, Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with C-68 of 2015/ Tr. No. 101/15, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
