The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore CWJC No. 12593 of 2011, which stood dismissed due to part non- compliance of the order dated 22/4/2016. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence instead of filing requisite in compliance with order dated 22/4/2016 for respondent no. 5 to 9, requisites were filed only in respect of respondent no. 5 to 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the order dated 22/4/2016 shall be complied with in its letter and spirit within period period of four weeks.

Patna High Court MJC No.3018 of 2016 (3) dt.21-09-2016 2/2 Accordingly, in view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner let CWJC No. 12593 of 2011 be restored to its original file subject to condition that if requisite in respect of respondent no. 8 and 9 in compliance with earlier order is not filed within four weeks, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to a bench.
