2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 120B and 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The so called victim girl has been recovered from Shimla. The S.H.O.-cum-I.O. of Barauli Police Station has appeared along with the victim girl. He has submitted that in view of the recovery of the girl, proper steps will be taken by the police for submission of chargesheet/ final form.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 26.03.2023. They are quite

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C. Gopalganj/concerned Court below in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 59 of 2023.

8. If the police submits final form in the case, the Magistrate will go through the records and thereafter he will pass orders accordingly.
