Petitioner happens to be son of the deceased and according to the prosecution case itself, relation of the deceased was strained with her husband due to his so-called illicit relation with his Samdhin. No doubt, several injuries were found on the person of the deceased but no one has seen the actual killing of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of relation of the petitioner with the deceased, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Vaishali P.S.
