The petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2016 in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 242 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.

In view of the fact that there is specific allegation against the petitioner of having attacked both the women and subsequent injuries which are stated in the First Information Report have been found in the postmortem made over the dead body of Shakuntala Devi (the deceased), I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
